COVID 19 SAFE BUSINESS PRACTICE UPDATE.

From this coming Tuesday, 28 April 2020, Ubercool will be working to the new Alert Level 3 requirements which means we can now send out all orders.
All of our team will be practicing safe social distancing and wearing protective masks and gloves.
Our priority continues to be the health and wellbeing of you and our team.

We provide a 5-7 working day delivery service for all items. You will receive an estimated delivery email after payment confirmation.  For your convenience we provide a full delivery service via Fastway Couriers New Zealand. We may send items separately, dependent on the best courier/carrier to get the items to you as quickly as possible.
If you need an update on the delivery progress of your order, please use the tracking number provided.

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be unused and returned in their original undamaged packaging. Made to order items, sale items, custom orders and custom products are non-returnable.

 

Christmas and holiday period

During this busy time, purchases made from 10th - 25th December may take up to 12 working days to deliver. You MUST update your cart before checking out to ensure items are in stock.  Products are not reserved and your order may go through without stock being available. If this happens please contact us at hello@ubercool.co.nz 

From the 1st-15th of January, please allow up to 12 workings days for delivery.

Delivery is FREE on all items unless specified on the product page.

 

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to New Zealand and Australia. We can deliver outside of these areas, but please contact us prior to placing any orders.

 

Delivery access

Please note you are responsible for ensuring safe and easy public access to the delivery address and the products can fit into your property. If your goods cannot be delivered because of access issues and subsequently you do not take delivery of them from the delivery company's depot, you will be charged to return them to our warehouse and our customer services representative will be in touch.
