Prices are as set out on the website and include GST at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of GST. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Promotions apply to full priced items only and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Promotions are only available in New Zealand. Products and promotions are subject to availability, delivery times and where applicable, production times. Ubercool reserves the right to reject any application. All orders are subject to acceptance under Ubercool’s full terms and conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the relevant colours, sizes and quantities before proceeding to payment. Due to popular demand on limited stock, if an item becomes out of stock during the checkout process occasionally a payment may still proceed, in which case you will be contacted and refunded accordingly.
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Please note you are responsible for ensuring safe and easy public access to the delivery address and the products can fit into your property. All package dimensions can be found on each product page of our website. If your goods cannot be delivered because of access issues and subsequently you do not take delivery of them from the delivery company's depot, you will be charged to return them to our warehouse and our customer services representative will be in touch.
We offer a one year warranty on all Ubercool products. Please contact hello@ubercool.co.nz for further information.
If any of your products have a manufacturing defect or are damaged, please contact hello@ubercool.co.nz within 5 days of receipt of your order with proof of the manufacturing defect or damage. We will replace the faulty product free of charge or give you a full refund. We will not refund any product that has been damaged due to wear and tear or through improper use and we will not refund products that have been used.
PLEASE check you items before signing for them. We will only replace damaged items if you HAVE NOT signed for them.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be unused and returned in their original undamaged packaging. Accepted returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of product at the below delivery address.
Made to order items, sale items and custom products are non-returnable.

From 15th December all orders will have an extended returns period until 15th January. Please note the returns procedure remains the same and refunds/communications may take longer during this busy period.

Ubercool’s total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Ubercool to the customer. Ubercool shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon Ubercool by statute. Ubercool does not limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. By law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until fourteen [14] days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
We endeavour to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, we do not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typographic errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this website you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund.
